District Attorney Related To Murder Suspect (Octopus Murders) [September 29th, 2009]

1981 Murder suspect Jimmy Hughes is second cousins to Riverside County District Attorney Rod Pacheco. The California Attorney General's Office will prosecute this triple murder case because of the conflict of interest.
